Four-Tier Volunteer Honor System
Level 1: Nebula
Symbol: Emerging light, full of potential
Eligibility:
• Cumulative volunteer hours:20+ hours
• Completion of Nebula-level basic support tasks
Nebula-level basic support tasks:
• Assist with activity setup and teardown, maintain on-site order
• Distribute flyers and prizes
• Assist game facilitators with simple tasks
• Provide basic on-site support for performances
• Post-activity cleanup and maintenance
Significance: Every star begins faintly. Your participation ensures the smooth running of activities.
Level 2: Stellar
Symbol: Shining steadily, abilities stabilizing
Eligibility:
• Cumulative volunteer hours:40+ hours
• Successful completion of at least Two Stellar-level planning and execution tasks
Stellar-level planning and execution tasks:
• Draft basic activity plans (time, location, props, venue size, participants, safety, difficulty, reward mechanism)
• Recruit and coordinate assistants
• Manage small task segments under guidance
• Two successful completions allow eligibility for next-stage tasks
Significance: Your light shines steadily, beginning to guide and empower the team.
Level 3: Nova
Symbol: Explosive growth, dazzling brilliance
Eligibility:
• Cumulative volunteer hours:70+ hours
• Independently lead at least one Nova-level complete activity
Nova-level complete activity:
• Plan, organize, and execute activities
• Coordinate team members, lead communication meetings
• Communicate with instructors, confirm requirements and processes
• Manage full activity timeline and resources
• For external performances: contact external units, confirm venue/time, collect programs/music, assign team tasks, coordinate sound system
• Take overall responsibility to ensure successful execution
Significance: You have evolved from shining star to Nova, becoming a core force driving organizational activities.
Level 4: Polaris
Symbol: Eternal guidance, organizational cornerstone
Eligibility:
• Cumulative volunteer hours:100+ hours
• Appointed by Chairperson, responsible for Polaris-level core duties
Roles & Contributions:
• Understand Born to Move’s structure, processes, and workflows
• Manage daily operations and organizational maintenance
• Promote talent development and organizational growth
• Develop long-term beneficial projects
• Prepare annual activity reports
• Track volunteer hours, manage level evaluations, assist with awards
• Support crisis management, conflict resolution, and PR coordination
• Maintain organizational stability
Significance: You are not only shining but also guiding others, becoming the most steadfast star in the organization.
